Order Dashboard:
Orders from each sales channel and a retailer’s own website can integrate directly with our application; placing them in one location for bulk processing and management. Generate pickup sheets, print invoices and prepare courier labels all from one fast, clear and easy to use screen. To help manage your order processing we have developed tools to allow the creation of custom order stages for ease of sorting and day to day management.
Integration with Couriers and Warehouse Systems:
Our Seller Dashboard is fully integrated with Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL, FedEx, UK Mail, Interlink and DPD to name but just a few. As part of the shipping process our systems can print labels and capture all tracking numbers for submission back to the customer at the point of sending a shipment confirmation to the relevant marketplaces or XML feed back to internal systems. At the point of setup your Service Delivery Manager will confirm the various options available, suggesting the best routes for your business. We can also complete custom integration with internal warehouse management systems and dispatch management tools including MetaPack based on specifications and pre-analysis.
Customer Order Notifications:
You can notify customers through email or SMS and update them on their order status at all points. Automated notification templates can be created based on an order stage change or status update.

An accredited Sage Developer and Business Partner, Tradebox are the authors of Finance Manager, a unique accountancy plug-in solution for online retailers wishing to impose financial control over their trading activities. Our 247 Seller Dashboard is fully integrated with Tradebox Finance Manager for sending order reports to Sage accounting software. This eliminates the need to enter the data manually and ensures accurate updates for your accountancy records.
