Use Case Overview
Our platform enables seamless creation and management of product listings, automated Amazon pricing strategies, order processing (including FBA and refunds), and comprehensive inventory control across all channels.
Why PII Is Needed
To process Amazon orders, our system requires customer name, billing/shipping address, and contact details to generate invoices, labels, and fulfil orders via FBA. This data is critical for accurate shipping and tax documentation.
We only share Amazon Information with third-party courier and logistics providers for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders.
This sharing is strictly limited to the minimum Personally Identifiable Information (PII) required to generate shipping labels and book deliveries — typically the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact phone number.
The data is transmitted securely via:
- API integrations with the courier’s systems over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels; or
- Encrypted CSV/XML file transfers over secure SFTP where APIs are not available.
We do not share any other Amazon Information with courier companies. All transmissions are logged, and access to courier integrations is restricted via role-based permissions within our 247 CloudHub platform.
All courier partners are contractually bound to handle the data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the relevant order.
