The successful Head of Marketing will:

  • Responsible for the conversion rates of website visitors into leads.
  • Full management of generation of marketing content across a range of marketing channels.
  • Management of CRM platform optimization.
  • First-rate writing skills to deliver best-in-class content, experience of working closely with creative agencies as well as multiple stakeholders
  • Analyse insights, trends, market analysis and best practice to build successful marketing. Regular reporting on performance including monthly and quarterly dashboards.
  • Demonstrable experience creating impactful campaigns to secure customer acquisition, managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and PPC advertising campaigns
  • Strong experience within a B2B Software environment with good track record of targeting enterprise business’
  • Advise on website UX and design.
  • Go getter.

  • Ability of leading a team whilst achieving targets.
  • Proven track record of Design and UX led projects.
  • Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing campaign teams to understand goals, implement programs and provide concise post-campaign reporting.
  • A business-based (rather than purely technical) understanding of processes for lead lifecycle processing, data enrichment/normalization/segmentation, scoring and nurturing.
  • Adept at helping sales teams become more impactful and productive, using the latest techniques to help a growing team maintain a high velocity track.
  • Analytical mindset, with previous experience working in a data driven organisation.
  • You should have a good knowledge of HTML and on-site web development, with the ability to understand the key changes required to improve site performance and manage this with on-site teams.
  • Candidate looking for the Start-Up experience were not everything is set in stone, giving you a chance to shine.
  • Not deterred by barriers, be positive and look for solutions.
  • Able to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and written.
  • A good sense of humour, fun to have in the team and unflappable style.
