The first user of 247 CloudHub needs to create the main profile for your business by going to Configure > Organisation Settings.
On this screen it is possible to provide your company name, address and logo. The address uploaded here is used on your Invoices and other Order processing documentation. In addition here you can view the count of users.
The most important fields are the Time Zone and Date Time Format which apply the specified zone and format across all software modules and for each user of the 247 CloudHub, at an organisation level.
To upload a logo, please select “Choose File” to browse for an image on your computer or copy paste an image URL (that should end in an image file extension for example “.jpg” or “.png”. Logo for use on Invoices and Packing Slips can be customised by going to the Configure > Invoice Settings section.
Click Save to Update.
